A California-licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience, Kinjal began her career in corporate accounting, working across complex financial environments that gave her deep fluency in the systems, reporting standards, and operational challenges that mid-sized businesses navigate every day. That foundation — built inside some of the most demanding financial environments — is what she brings to every AYKIN engagement.
Like many working professionals, Kinjal faced a pivotal moment when she became a mother. With young children at home, she made a deliberate choice — not to step back from her craft, but to rebuild it on her own terms. She founded AYKIN as a way to stay at the forefront of her CPA practice while being fully present for her family. What started as a personal decision became a professional philosophy: that the best work comes from a place of intention, balance, and genuine commitment — not burnout.
